Good for mixing and carrying protein powder shakes
I ordered these Contigo Fit Plastic Shake & Go 2.0 Shaker Bottles for mixing protein powder shakes on the go. I usually pour the powder first, and add the water, or milk laler. Being three bottles, I can take different beverages in them, including filtered water.The included agitator ball does a good job blending the protein shakes. And the carabiner in the handles are good hanging and carrying the bottle outside of my backpack, always handy, and away from my other stuff.
