When I opened the box whose seal was already broken a bunch of loose screws flew out and packets that were supposed to hold the screws and drywall inserts were broken open. There were two different sized sets of screws and less were found than the number of the holes in the brackets to mount them. No directions either. Seemed like a poor choice of screws for the size holes in the bracket in the first place. Maybe the former owner did that. Who knows. Now it's a trip to the hardware store to do it right. Arg! I was going to order two sets, but glad I didn't. Clearly a seller that doesn't care.
