This is one of those products where you need to know what you are buying. I did a lot of research before purchasing this item. My goal was to add Windows 10 to an existing home entertainment center. For the price I think this device is absolutely unbeatable. It has all the ports you need to make your entertainment center smart. Everything worked for me 5 minutes after unpacking. Windows 10 is pre-installed but in the new admin mode. You need to watch a YouTube video that explains how to add a password and switch to user mode. The device comes with a good amount of memory and a good processor. The built-in C drive is small, only 64GB, but comes with a 128GB D drive. That's the amount of storage the size of a tablet. Please don't expect to download tons of apps and games, but I have everything you need to use all the major streaming services with space left. It is fast and has no internet connection problems. Streaming, email, surfing the web - everything works perfectly. Remember that you will need a Bluetooth or USB keyboard and mouse. There is also no unit. If you are looking for a good device to add to your existing home entertainment system, this is a good addition to your home.
