My significant other loves this device, partly because of the pink color. I have the blue one and it claims exclusivity on this pink toothbrush device. The housing is made of food grade plastic and is IP67 waterproof. While a silicone body or coating would probably be more comfortable, the handle design offers a comfortable and secure grip. Setting up the device consists of inserting the customized floss heads into the appropriate socket on the handle. It fits well, but this is necessary to ensure safe use. The floss tip positions the floss in line with the camera. The controls are very simple, just one button on the base (protected by a silicone plug). Long press the button turns it on/off. The silicone cover has a marking showing the position of the button underneath. (There is also a charging port under the silicone cover on the bottom of the grip, above the power button.) When the device is fully charged, the LEDs around the camcorder will light up when the device is turned on. This will ensure that the camcorder is adequately illuminated. After downloading the appropriate app, connect your phone to the Wi-Fi signal emitted by the toothbrush. Then when you open the app, the live video will be displayed. The video resolution is very good, especially in the mouth/teeth area. The product contains a 400mAh battery. It takes 90 minutes to fully charge a discharged battery, allowing for up to 110 minutes of use. That's a decent ratio of charging time to operating time. (Note: the charging cable uses USB and does not include a USB plug, so you must charge from an available USB port or a spare USB plug.) The floss tip is intended for single use and then discarded. The floss tip holder has indentations that allow the user to squeeze the locking tabs to remove it from the holder. This brings up the problem. As stated in the product description, "single disposable filaments" are used. They contain a pouch with 50 heads of dental floss. Replacing these tips is critical to using the device beyond the 50 tips provided. I couldn't find her on Revain. Therefore, availability and cost are an unknown factor. This limits the perceived durability/usefulness after using the provided floss heads. The device shows good design, quality materials and decent construction. The camcorder offers a very good resolution, which is skilfully supported by LED lighting. Attached are photos showing real world images, with a ruler for size reference. Various aspects and angles provide a comprehensive visual overview of the product and accessories. Based on these first impressions and concerns, the video toothpaste is rated 4-4.25 stars. This is a highly functional and trustworthy product with one major issue: the availability and cost of replacement silk heads. To be honest I would put off buying this product until the tip replacement issues are resolved.
