Fast sensor, insurance value under 1 million

This is a fast sensor, essential for tight spaces where CO emissions can rise quickly. Think of your car with an exhaust leak, an airplane cabin and so on. For anyone living, working, sitting in an enclosed space where CO can quickly accumulate and cause death, this should be easy. The 35 ppm low level warning sound limit was triggered several times in our small aircraft during descent. I can hear it through the noise-cancelling headphones and the hum of the engine, although it takes me a second to figure out what the alarm is. I haven't heard of the cap being triggered yet. I'm not an expert on this; Looking at this product, I learned that the sensor in this and several other wearable devices is chemical based and therefore needs to be calibrated and replaced regularly. Perhaps future advances will change the need for it in other devices. But for now this suits my needs. I've seen complaints here that this works effectively for $0.25 a day for protection. But how much is your life worth? Are you buying life insurance? A $1 million tenure for a person aged 40 is a little over $1 a day. It doesn't guarantee you'll survive, it's only a payoff if they lose and you die. You pay your survivors, not you. This device will help you not to worry. The manufacturer can recalibrate the device and replace the sensors. As for the cost and whether it's worth it for you or not, I can't say. But I like to buy a new one every two years.
