The ease of tracking employee information across departments and using our portal was great! I disliked how outdated it felt when we came back from maternity leave. It had been upgraded some but not enough for my liking. That being said there were no problems with Vista staff or service they provided us while updating the product. Just make sure you are aware what version your employees have access to because it can be different depending on which department they work within. We used it primarily to track hours worked. It works fine with our payroll system. You can also view all of your employees' information which allows me to make changes easier than before. It's not great at actually recording time off or vacation time. And if you don't have an employee manual where it says how to do something, you're pretty much lost. Try the free trial first so you know what your experience will be like. I'm getting a better picture of my workers and their needs. And now we've got a good idea who is slacking off and who isn't!
