I've been troubleshooting this device for a few hours now. I can get it to connect to my network and watch videos, but as soon as the device is rebooted (to update the firmware or just reboot the device from the app) the camera won't connect anymore. I can go through the setup process again, but after a reboot I will not recommend the device. This is a new product and it can only be a broken firmware version that I have. In any case, there is a problem with the design. Update: After sitting all night after trying unsuccessfully to flash the firmware via the SD card, it randomly started working as it was able to reboot normally.
