These leg warmers are made of high quality materials (made in China) and look like they should last for years. However, the sizer is lame. I wear a US size 11.5 and the chart says I need XL. My 11.5 fits right in the middle of the 10-13 range, but no matter what I did, I couldn't get them to fit snugly in my boots. Also, the top part of the gaiters was so big that I had a hard time pulling them tightly over my calf. When I spoke to the support in the OR they told me that size L (8-11) would definitely solve my problem. The L is about 1/2" shorter than the XL and slightly smaller at the top, but now they fit snugly in the top of the boot and won't let snow or anything through between the boot and gaiter. Many reviewers advised ordering a size up, but either OR changed their product or the reviewer has very large (thick) boots, gaiters are designed to keep snow and other unwanted substances from getting up the shaft of the boot, they will not be effective if they are too large.
