I really like the concept of this travel pillow and was hoping to use it for plane and car/train travel. At first it was very easy to inflate. (Instruction state gives 1 initial breath upon opening). The valve worked very well to keep the air in or open and let it out. It rolled into place, buckled up and easily stored in the included storage pouch and appears to be very well made. Unfortunately for me this pillow is too high and flat to fit the curve of my back well to support it. and pain relief. For those who don't have back problems and just need a small pillow to support them while sitting in hard chairs, bleachers, etc., this will likely work well. I would try to buy it again if a new version is made that's only about 5-6 inches tall, about 3 inches deep in the center, and tapering to about 1 inch towards the edges (something like a crescent shape).
