I have back problems that make economy flights for more than a few hours unbearable. With this (and the Trtl neck pillow) I was able to get through my flight from San Diego to Amsterdam more comfortably. I will never travel without them again!

Correct size, adjustable. I use it in my chair, car and chair at work. My back pain has gone away since I've been using it. Complaints about the strap being too short folks, it is not intended to tie the item to the chair but to keep the item closed when deflated and rolled up.

Not too satisfied with this product, I lost my favorite on the bus ride and when ordering I could not find another And I ordered 2, it does not inflate "chubby" it feels flat thanks to the foam insert, i'm not keen on that, ok. However, it is better than none!

Dude, what a release! I used it to support my back on an 8 hour flight to and from London. It's small and light, and when inflated (easy to do, believe me), it supports my back throughout the flight. After the flight I felt great. I highly recommend this product. It might be a bit more expensive than the alternatives, but it worked and that's the main thing.

I had a herniated disc last year and started sitting in lumbar support most of the time which made a huge difference. I bought this pillow for a work trip and it made my flight much more comfortable. The best part is that it folds into a small bag that takes up almost no space in your backpack or travel bag. It's easy to inflate, deflate and store away until next time. Good product!

When kept inflated, which I prefer, it provided excellent lumbar support. Unfortunately, it keeps springing back to full size on longer rides. I even brought it inside (69F), deflated all the air, screwed the valve all the way in, then came back 4 hours later to find it was about 2/3 inflated. I have another brand to compare and it stays where I blew it for 3-5 days. So I sent this one back. The tote bag was not enough for The Travel Pal.

I should have kept this product! Having recently recovered from multiple herniated discs and a pinched nerve in my lower back, I purchased this item to take with me on an upcoming flight in case the airplane seats didn't have enough lumbar support. However, when I packed up, there wasn't enough space in my carry-on to take everyone I wanted. I really like the concept of this travel pillow and was hoping to use it for plane and car/train travel. At first it was very easy to inflate. (Instruction state gives 1 initial breath upon opening). The valve worked very well to keep the air in or open and let it out. It rolled into place, buckled up and easily stored in the included storage pouch and appears to be very well made. Unfortunately for me this pillow is too high and flat to fit the curve of my back well to support it. and pain…
