Good price, cheap parts.
As expected for the price, cheap chineseium junk. It works, but the twist-lock doesn't really lock, you have to tighten the water-tite cover to keep the plug in. When assembling the cord cap, be sure not to loosen the screws too much, as the nut will come off inside the connector, and its a PITA to get back on the screw. Once again, you get what you pay for, but it does work as it should.
