I was very excited to receive this float as we recently got a family Lakehouse, we were very excited to use it for the 4th, upon opening the box there was multiple tears… The float is advertised to be tear free the box is very large we contacted the seller to see our options they offered 30% off for inconvenience . We have been waiting a few days now for response back as we don’t feel 30% is proper due to the fact that there are three tears, we are bummed we were unable to use a float for the 4th of July with our kids on the lake. I’m hoping the company responds back and offers 50%. We will see. Otherwise we will send back to the seller , I will keep you updated on our customer service experience!
