The team has been very supportive of our needs from day one! They are available at every step along with answering questions in real time whenever needed or just general communication about how things work (or don't). Honestly I can say that they have not done anything wrong - everything is as it should be for us right now but we know this will change over-time so being able do adapt quickly when changes occur makes sure you're always ahead if those ever happen!! Nothing specific since its early days yet; however overall support seems great thus far though definitely expect some growing pains while learning more features/requirements etc.- which there may well still potentially end up needing help through out even after going live once final testing goes off course again. Make no mistake these guys truly care &amp value your business success above other factors like cost effectiveness / speed towards launch date ect.
