Review on 💧 Heavy Duty Square Body 1/4 Turn Angle Shut Off Valve, 1/2 in. NOM Comp Inlet x 3/8 in. OD Compression Outlet, Chrome Plated Brass (5 Pack) by Chris Quinto

I ordered them by mistake, I was looking for BrassCraft. When they arrived I decided to give them a try given their heavy duty performance and good reviews. While I'm not a plumber, I've replaced about 15-20 toilet, sink, and dishwasher valves in my current and previous homes, so I'm not new to this. I can't judge "Heavy Mode", but I measured "Heavy". I put one of these and a similar BrassCraft (G2CR19X) on a kitchen scale with no compression fittings. This valve weighed 87g and the BrassCraft weighed 52g. I replaced the toilet valve with the BrassCraft I still had and replaced the sink valves with them. The toilet has no leaks at all and the 2 sink valves drip very very slowly which I will have to fix when I turn off the water for the next bath. I gave it 3 stars because maybe I accidentally did something wrong only with them and not the BrassCraft valve. Admittedly, under the sink is a bit trickier than with a toilet valve when the toilet isn't in the way. With that in mind, and despite the weight difference, my next purchase will be the BrassCraft.
