Great chair but be careful with the material

UPDATE 2 October 29th 2020 - Still no word. Read another review with a similar problem. Customer support is missing. Buy from a company that has a good guarantee and even has an account for you. UPDATE - May 23, 2020: Photos added. I am currently using a folding chair as I have no lumbar support at all. Since my original review, my RMA has not received a response. First Review: I've looked through a few chairs in the past, mostly Staples/Office Depot type chairs. Most chairs last two years because the gasket that raises and lowers the chair fails. So I decided to invest in a suitable gaming chair as I do all my work, schoolwork and games on it. I really enjoyed it and was happy with it. Unfortunately, a year warranty has expired and my lumbar support broke so it no longer supports my weight when sitting upright and I am by no means a heavy person (170lbs). The other day I sat down, getting ready for work, leaning against a prop, then *pop* felt my chair recline. Most of the time I sit up straight. Now he doesn't support me anymore and leans back without lifting the side lever. Turns out the metal frame broke on the right side, so it reclines on its own. I am very disappointed in this product. For the price I paid I expected it to last a lot longer. I might as well buy another Staples/Office Depot chair if I wanted to be disappointed. I have submitted an RMA via the email address listed on their website but unfortunately these few days of sitting without support has really hurt my back and posture and I am being forced to do so by a new chair. Since then there has been no answer, not even the automatic answer that most manufacturing companies have.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Pretty much everything is fine
