I like that this app has been very well thought out from beginning to end with regard for both parties, including users who are new or experienced in child care settings as well as those looking into such careers! The team at CP is always willing to help answer any questions you may have about their product - whether it's through social media (Facebook group), emailing them directly etc., they're there when needed most. There was one update where we had some issues getting our clients info synced up with us but after contacting support via phone/email within minutes things were resolved! We've also used other services previously which didn't really focus enough on user experience so that made me feel better knowing my kids' information will be secure here too!!
