The product has been excellent at every stage from implementation until we've started using it again after our first year (where they supported us when needed).The support team have always got back very quickly - even if its just checking that everything seems ok or providing advice about something you're unsure how best/easiest /etc would be solved. Not had any issues as such but will say all aspects seem well thought out so I can't think what could make things easier! There's nothing really negative here which isn't down to me either way, other than perhaps the price point? Maybe try some free trials too see whether this works within your budget requirements before committing fully though!! It was great working through them initially setting up my account then supporting during initial rollout afterwards once set up properly.
