I like everything about this software, it's easy to use for small business owners who are not technical at all! The customer service that we've received from them has been fantastic too (we have 2 customers using us). They can't do enough in terms of support but they're also very flexible so if you need some additional features then no problem - just ask one their developers via email or live chat / telephone call as needed & get exactly what your looking/asking after!! Nothing really comes across negatively when mentioning our experience with LSNetx- great people behind such awesome product which offers value beyond price point for retailing businesses both SME / Large scale companies alike..
