I like that you can customize each step for screening purposes as well as be able extract all pertinent information from our database (we have about 250 million records). It's easy enough so non-techies or those new to this process don't feel overwhelmed with it - even when they're using something complex such as PII extraction/screenings! Sometimes there aren;t any options available at certain steps but we make sure everything gets done perfectly regardless. The only thing not ideal would really just being an app instead of having someone come out once every few months since some departments need more frequent checks than others. That said though it doesn't seem too expensive compared other services either. If anyone was looking into getting screened then definitely give them a call because their support staff will walk through anything you may ask if needed.
