It's easy enough so non-techies or those new to this process don't feel overwhelmed with it - even when they're using something complex such as PII extraction/screenings! I like that they do all 3 types of tests (THC/drug test; criminal history & credit report). They always have someone available if you need assistance with any questions or concerns regarding these services. Sometimes it takes longer than expected for them to make an appointment but overall their staff has been very professional throughout my experience using this service.
