I use this product at work to manage my communication with clients by text messaging or through our internal web site (Pamayanet). You can track who opens/closes what tabs etc., so that you know if someone is working remotely but not communicating as much because their screen turns off during meetings for example - great way of being able understand how well people are using your software! Can't think too far about any disadvantages right now due in part probably only be used internally within an organization like myself though it seems very effective overall. Managing remote employees when they're out sick; knowing exactly where everyone's time goes without having anyone come into everyones' office daily etc- all from one place which increases security / confidence levels around productivity rates.- also good tool available 24hrs 7days per week allowing greater flexibility across team members. The best thing about this is that it has really helped us to monitor our calls in real time as well help with call recording for customer services which was never there before! Not much things I dislike but would like more features such audio/video conferencing etc included into one product rather than having two products (Pamayasoftware & PAMAYAsoftphone).
