I use this product at work to manage my communication with clients by text messaging or through our internal web site (Pamayanet). You can track who opens/closes what tabs etc., so that you know if someone is working remotely but not communicating as much because their screen turns off during meetings for example - great way of being able understand how well people are using your software! Can't think too far about any disadvantages right now due in part probably only be used internally withinβ¦
