I like that it is very easy to use and has many features for call center management. It allows you to track calls in real time from anywhere with an internet connection. The software can be difficult to learn but if you have previous experience using other PBX systems this should not pose much of a problem. It is inexpensive compared to some competitors out there as well. We used this system at work while working remotely and were able to see who was answering our phone lines when we weren't available. This allowed us to quickly respond to customers before they hung up or got transferred to another agent without having them talk to someone else first.
