We bought these swim fins for our 7 year old son (small) to make his swimming and snorkeling more comfortable. We tested it in the pool and it was amazing until one of the fin straps came loose, especially in the water. And it stayed that way, even though we were busy troubleshooting. So I reported this to Blair and her team. They were prompt and polite in their replies. I sent pictures of the damaged fin and they sent me a new pair of fins to replace. They didn't want me to have to worry about returning the damaged fin! I am so impressed with their customer service and their passion for quality and excellence. You can tell by the way they communicate. I received emails about use and care before actually receiving the fins. Also, they arrived as expected and were neatly packaged.
