Review on DRILAX Fixture Vacuum Suction Coolant by Michael Morgan

Great for small projects. It's cheaply made and won't last forever, but I need to drill 5 holes in some shower tiles. This works great for this, but I will note that I have the same problem as others with loose screws. The problem is that the bearings are poorly lubricated. I lubed them with WD-40 and the bolts held up well and the bearings turned much more freely. I also found that my tile pump hose was water friendly, so I was good at lubricating with it. I have no doubt that this won't take much longer than this project, but for such a price, it's very useful. You can't expect perfection for $15, but it worked absolutely perfectly for what I needed. I'm not sure I would trust it for expensive jobs or jobs that require great precision, but for the home user who just needs a few holes that will be covered by the faucet trim anyway, it's better than trying to do something by hand. I gave it 5 stars because it was better than I expected for $15 and saved me a lot of money compared to things I could buy at a tile store.
