I like that it integrates with our accounting system so we can see all aspects at once, including budgeting vs actuals (which are important for us). The customer service team seems to be very good about responding quickly in most cases - they're usually able fix issues within minutes or hours rather than days/weeks as other services would require! We've had some glitches here & there which could have been resolved sooner but overall this has worked well enough where no one's complained yet :) This integration between accounts payable / receivable + finance departments was something sorely needed by my organization since many projects were being done via spreadsheets instead of using proper software applications.
