It's simple, easy to use, and it saves time when you have multiple trainees in one class. I dislike that there are no options or customization for your own personal preference as far as how often an officer needs to be evaluated. There has never been any problems with my students' evaluations not being completed correctly by me. If you're looking for something easy to use for all different types of classes (i.e., 1-on-1s, classroom scenarios). You will find this program very helpful! We've used this system since we started teaching at our agency almost 10 years ago. It helps keep track of everything so easily. This makes managing our courses much easier than if we had to manually record each student's information into another book/system.
