I recently got a new cooker with a lower back than the old one leaving the outlet above the cooker open. The ivory plastic outlet covers that have been in the kitchen for 28 years looked more colorful every day. We have a large kitchen and plenty of outlets, 11 of which are above the apron. These antique brass socket covers are heavy weight and are actually made of brass and look much more classy. There's really no way to 'hide' the outlets, and at least they now match the antique brass hardware on our cabinets. These socket covers are a very good buy for excellent quality and price.
