I've purchased this item to install a new banister/rail. It seemed very easy to install from the videos I've seen but when I received the product it Was rusted and oxidized. I was hesitant to use it because of that issue alone but decided to give it a shot anyway. The instructions was not clear at all and after some time tinkering with the bolt itself (lubricated because of the oxidation). I ended with striping the bolt because it was stuck and would not move.Update! On March 31,2016 after contacting the seller with the issues listed above. The company refunded me on the defective zipbolt and sent me a new one. It's very difficult these days to find great customer support and that is exactly what this seller provides. I will purchase items from this seller in the near future!
