I really enjoy this hand massager. I have carpel tunnel syndrome and tendinitis on both hands and arms. The massager has been a life saver. First I use it on each hand for about 5 min with heat on each hand on a low intensity setting. I then do the stretches and exercises my therapist taught me. After my stretches are finished I throw each hand in the massager for another 15 minutes. I use it on high intensity the second time with the heat. It relaxes and works miracles for my hands. I do it late evenings and it’s removed the numbness and the pain in the middle of the night. I truly recommend this massager for anyone with hand pain!
