Great Tool For Lead Management: Routzy
It is a great tool to manage our pipeline. I can enter in all of my leads and track the lead status. It is also a great tool for our reps to use when they are out in the field to do follow up with the leads. The customer service is also great. If I have a issue with my account I can go through the process and get a resolution quickly. It is not the best tool to create a new lead. It is hard to create new leads and get them organized. I would still recommend it, but I would just use it to manage my existing leads. It does all the things you would expect a CRM to do. I would recommend that you try it out and see what your needs are. It helped us to manage our existing leads and follow up with them. It also helped us to enter in new.

Pros
- Allows me easy access into tracking incoming phone calls
- Easy ability turn callers over from voicemail directly without needing another app.
- Helps keep everyone connected while away or working remotely together by allowing remote calling capabilities as well at lower rates than most other companies offer if needed (10 cent per minute!)
- Has an excellent dashboard interface which allows managers/leads etc quick lookups!
Cons
- Can be expensive compared against others like Ring
