The Alchemy team are very professional and have always been helpful when it comes to helping us out with our campaigns.

Their support has always exceeded expectations and I've found them to be one of the best agencies we use in terms of customer service! Nothing really as such but they do great work so that's all you need from an agency! We used their services for a number of years now and will continue using them until there isn't anyone left at the company. I like that they provide excellent customer service as well! Our account rep was very helpful in solving our problems when we were having issues sending out newsletters to clients' customers via their website's mailing list tool (which wasn't working). We are able send mailings from time-to-time but it has been difficult because of how much spam gets through this software so trying something else would be recommended if you're looking at other options.
