I am so glad that I found this product. I saw Coco Jack online for the first time and my friend ordered one. Well they are not with Coco Jack because I ordered their product over a year ago and emailed their customer service for an update on my order. They kept telling me they were on a back order - ALREADY ONE YEAR? COMON! In any case, I love using this product because the alternative is slicing up coconuts with a sharp, large butcher knife, which is dangerous as hell. I'm so excited to use this. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy fresh coconuts at home. Just make sure you drive it pretty deep into the coconut. It can be a little tricky to detach the cut piece from the device, but just wiggle it back and forth and it will eventually come loose.
