Plastic wrapped in foil, like chrome, and clips that attach to the truck.
The plastic is covered in chrome-like foil and the clips that attach to the truck's bumper are not very strong. I assume it will break soon. It is designed for external mounting on a truck bumper. A truck going down the road often vibrates and stands in a spot where you have to climb up to get to bed. It could have been made stronger.
