I like white shoes and bought them for work at a medical facility. I'm up for a while, but not all day. I noticed my hips hurt a lot by the end of the first day I wore them. I felt like they had changed my gait, but I knew my old shoes definitely needed replacing. It's hard to find good white shoes that fit. I have a slightly narrow foot and some shoes slip at the heel. These fit well. The second morning I put them back on and initially felt pain in my hip, but by the end of the day I didn't feel any pain in my hip. Everything has been fine ever since, so I don't know if he got used to these shoes or if my old ones caused problems. In the past I always wore a different brand to work. However, I have Asics shoes so they seemed like a good choice for me to work with. I can't judge whether I wear them for running or training. And I can't say how well they will hold up for their money, but after wearing them to work for a week I'm happy with my purchase.
