I really like this blanket. It's thick and fluffy but not too hot. I like to sleep in the cold, but wanted medium warmth and a fluffy duvet because I sleep in my bedroom with window air conditioning. I felt very warm in this blanket! It came very well packaged in a nice breathable protective sleeve and wasn't too compressed. However, it was heavier than I thought it would be, but still lighter than my previous polyester blanket. I chose this duvet because I read a review on supercomfysleep.com. However, I think the company must have updated the details of this blanket since then (in a good way) as this review and many older reviews of this product have the following details. King Filling - 45 oz, 50% down, 50% feather, 300 thread count and duvet cover ties. However, the Amazon listing now lists 75% down, 25% feathers, 600 thread count, a claimed fill size of 56 ounces for the queen, and now has 8 duvet cover loops. The actual label on the duvet shows a down to feather ratio of 75/25, but doesn't provide any other thread count or fill information. In any case, I think the duvet more than met my expectations. If you are looking for a fluffy comforter that is definitely warm but not hot, then this is a great choice. Everything else is as expected, the overall dimensions were normal for a queen size and it has that squeaky sound you get from a product with springs, but I prefer that and I didn't feel like springs were bumping against me, so seem they use softer down in the filling. I would definitely buy again!
