I did a lot of searching on the internet for a quality, lightweight puffer jacket and reading many reviews too. This jacket and seller got very high reviews and so I decided to purchase the Rokka-Rolla black. The one I bought had a small manufacturer flaw and I contacted the seller. Chris sent me a new jacket that very day and it is perfect. The jacket is beautiful and extremely warm and the customer service is even better. Thank you Chris.
