I have tried 3 other collars before. because the collars on the collar were too high. The shock probes were turned inside out so the pins were facing out, away from the dog's neck. And each of them had a delay before the stimulation started, when the dog had enough time to wake up the neighbors before the stimulation could start. On one of the other devices, the harness was low enough that it wouldn't tip over when it was on the dog. , but it was a portable device with a remote control. By the time I could push the button on the device, the dog had already woken up all the surrounding neighbors before any stimulation could begin. With this device, I can control the level of stimulation and set it to start immediately, from the first bark. My dog never got a point from the first 3 sessions. They weren't effective and they wouldn't stop barking, that got her a point on the first day with the collar and I haven't heard a single bark from her in the last 24 hours. Fast update. It's been 4 days since I put the collar on and she no longer barks. Neither day nor night. This is by far the best I could ever hope for. I recommend this collar to everyone else.
