Poor quality wiring harness

I installed this kit on my Seadoo trailer when the factory headlights rusted after 8 years. These only lasted a few months. So far so good with the lights. But the wiring harness rusts in the insulation. I'm guessing it's copper clad aluminum since dissimilar metals corrode faster. I'm looking for a good quality set of pure copper wires to replace this one so I can enjoy the summer season. Update: Shortly after I posted my first review, the seller offered to ship me a brand new kit for free. I accept. This time the wire appears to be pure copper.
