Perfect replacement for my old spark plugs, pretty sure they were never changed in my Mini. Exactly how they came out. I also add some anti-seize compound to the threads and some dielectric on top. I've never had a problem with it. You will need a long extension cord to reach the spark plug tubes. NOT TO WEAR. I recommend always changing spark plugs when the engine is cold, otherwise the expanding metal as it cools can "pinch" the spark plugs. Connect them to the NGK 54058 ignition cable set, also from Revain. Make sure you connect the correct wires to the ignition coil if your coil and wires are not numbered. Cylinder #1 on the passenger side, #4 on the driver's side. It is not necessary to remove the intercooler to change the spark plugs on the S model to replace them.
