Just received, was able to assemble quickly and easily, first impression is that Holy smokes it pleasantly. I have ankylosing spondylitis and my body is in a lot of pain. That's great. It fits perfectly on my sit/stand desk. The only thing I wished for was a headrest and I never thought I would need one. Though I think maybe it's out of habit but I sat back and oh - no headrest ha ha. But again, no big deal. I like the lower back support and the seat. It's perfect. I'm a small/small person (5ft 1in) and this chair fits perfectly. i really like him It also looks good and is well made. In the end I made a modification, I added different wheels. Like inline skates, it saved me the hassle of a floor mat, which I really liked. Again I haven't had this chair for a long time so I can't confirm the durability but first impressions are a 1.
