Love this pillow. Really great bang for your buck: 2 of these for $28. The pillow is not as hard as some Amazon pillows. They plump well, and if you like a flatter pillow you'll probably need to scoop out some of the foam. They are medium firm, softer than many bamboo pillows. For me the perfect support without excessive stiffness. The smell really isn't that bad haha. I was concerned about the smell after reading some of the reviews, I was expecting it to be very strong/pungent but I only notice it when I poke and sniff on purpose. and it's night ONE. I can only wait for this smell to dissipate. I would recommend this pillow to anyone and if I ever need more I would not hesitate to buy again!
