Review on 🌀 ZOEYEA Neck Fan: Bladeless Hands-Free Sport Personal Fan with 360° Cooling, USB Rechargeable, 3 Speeds, No Hair Twisting, Strong Wind - White by Nicole Hunter

I bought 2 of these fans for a hot outdoor event. Carry out a test drive before charging. 1 side of the fan wheel came loose and stopped working after a short time. This fan is not heavy, it fits comfortably around my neck. I don't have a thick neck, so the airflow didn't cool me down as much as I'd like. Somehow that doesn't suit me. I need to move it away from my neck so air can flow better to my face. I just open the second fan and check it without changing it, it worked for several hours. As for battery life, I'd say it's acceptable. I can't help but say it can work for 10 hours as described by the seller. (4-10 hours) As for the noise, it's not very loud, but definitely not very quiet! Since one of the fans broke/failed so quickly, I no longer trust the quality of this fan. I'll be back while I still can. Thank you Revain for the hassle free return. Updated 7/31/21: The seller contacted me to offer help and replaced the defective fan. I appreciate the seller's service. I have no way of using it again to offer update verification. However, I will be changing the STAR from 1 star to 3 stars for a seller who is willing to help resolve the issue and based on the second fan I tested for a few hours (described in the original review).
