As others have said, this steamer heats up quickly and is easy to use. Defects? Well, for one, it only holds about 1/2 cup of water, and that really isn't enough if you're steaming more than one item. Second, and this always annoys me about steam irons (and even regular irons on the "steam" setting), they absolutely spit water onto the clothes you're trying to steam. Some said they didn't have this problem, but I had it every time I used it. I use it in an upright position, not tilting at all, but the water still gets on the clothes. It's very frustrating trying to just steam out the creases in your clothes only to have water drip on them at the same time. I'm starting to think it's just as easy and takes about the same amount of time to just run a regular iron on clothes instead of fixing the water issue.
