My friends talked a lot about this product and I decided it was time to try it myself. Came in a nice bag with lots of accessories. I haven't tried them all yet. The ball seems to be what people use the most. Looks like a black clown nose. In any case, it is very easy to use. Just charge it up and then you can remove the cable. When charging is complete, the indicator on the charging cable changes from red to green. Turn it on (bottom switch) and then there's a power button on the back with plus and minus buttons. A nice bright LED screen shows you which settings you are using. I was ok with setting one up. It's so easy to use I've been able to get my little kids to help me with my back. They found it very funny and fought for it. Also great for other painful areas like legs. It's even better if you're working out and you have a specific sore spot that day. Overall happy with my purchase, will continue to use and recommend to my friends who don't already have it.
