Update: After my initial review, IPOW customer service contacted me and sent me a replacement part! I am now changing my 3 star rating to 5 stars due the excellent customer service and the new gripper assembly they sent me which has a much stronger nut.After a year and a half of use the base of the suction cup came loose.Every turn I made the entire mounting arm wobbled.I tightened the screw which was at the bottom of the base and it seemed to hold.However the collet nut on the back of the gripper broke when I tried to tighten it.There was a crack in the form of a gap on the side of the nut.Why does this part need to Be plastic, haven't since. A metal nut would be better. At the time of this writing I'm trying to seal the crack with Glue Go rilla and hope it lasts as i don't want to buy a new holder and am pretty sure i can't find a replacement part.
