Fantastic Screen Cleaner

Buy now. I am serious. After years of using all sorts of screen cleaners that left streaks on my laptop monitor and/or removed some of the protective coating from various lenses, I agree with all of the other reviewers of this product who say it is top notch. It's just fantastic. I must confess that I didn't read the instructions on the back of the bottle and sprayed directly onto the monitor. The instructions state that this can cause "irreversible damage to your hardware". Not sure if this is due to liquid damage or if too much liquid on the screen will damage the coating. In any case, from now on I will spray it onto the supplied microfiber cloth and then wipe the monitor with it. Here are the positives: 1) Performance: No streaks remain when using this product. It's amazing how well it works. 2) Price: Compared to Belkin's similarly excellent screen cleaner, this one is significantly cheaper. 3) Safety: non-toxic, non-corrosive and biodegradable. It's never too much worrying about the details. 4) Odor: The bottle says it contains <4% VOCs (volatile organic compounds) but I smelled absolutely nothing when using it and I'm quite sensitive to chemical smells. .5) Optional: A very nice microfiber cloth is included. This is possibly the most beautiful microfiber towel I have ever seen. There are a few small flaws, but none of them should stop you from buying this product: 1) The mechanism the company has chosen to attach the spout to the bottle is very odd. When you screw it down it makes this weird rattling noise and you end up screwing it down while it wheezes. flows easily everywhere. I know this because after using it I accidentally knocked the bottle on the carpet and a wet stain started to grow under the bottle. I'm not sure why the manufacturer couldn't just use the simple screw cap nozzle commonly used on products like Windex.
