Useless so far - drive cannot back up my files. At first, my computer couldn't tell that this drive was even connected. Now that I've gotten my computer to recognize it (30 minutes of googling/switching), the drive still fails to back up. I currently have the WD Backup app open and it has been preparing a backup for 45 minutes. I tried restarting the program but it still spins. Pretty frustrating considering I just want to transfer a few simple files. Downgraded to one star because the hard drive is now constantly "backing up" but making no progress in backing up my data. Now the process just drains my battery and lets everything else fall behind.
