For the same money, it was already possible to take a DSLR / mirrorless camera, but I decided to abandon this idea (I was afraid that it would lie on the shelf and gather dust, because I would drag it with me). Long chose, in the end the choice was between this and the Sony RX100 M3 / M2. To this day, I'm not sure I made the right choice. But I decided to give preference to the touch screen and more controls and chose Canon. At the moment, the purchase is completely satisfied. Now I read the manual and look at photography blogs. I want to take a simple tripod to play around with at high shutter speeds. I bought myself an additional battery (on aliexpress for 700), now it’s usually enough for a day (one was missing, especially at first). I also got a leather case. Protects norms and the upper part of the cover is quickly unfastened. Of the minuses of the cover - access to the card / battery is blocked (you need to remove the lower part), plus the installed cover prevents you from folding the screen. So be careful when choosing a cover.
