Review on RSRS by Edwin Cen

I like how easy it was set up compared too other computer service companies we have used in our career! We are able t o schedule appointments easily through this software which allows us not be tied down by an appointment time if they don't show or call back at scheduled times within 30 minutes before closing hours (or after 9pm).

The only thing i dislike about RSRS now days has been some updates where there were errors but these issues seem resolved from recent upgrades so all good!! This program works well when you need someone who can come out quickly because your customers aren’t always available during normal business hrs/weeks etc., also great tool once installed will work very efficiently even without assistance form customer support team!
